The Kbs can be any rate the code will still be in all Kbs Rates ...if your gonna Rerip a mp3 file to a different Kbs DON'T go up there not point in makeing a 128Kbs mp3 to a higher bit rate your only give the shit better quality not the music. 192 CBR for encoding is a nice Kbs rate.
